The EVO 80 Senior is the perfect link between the Junior version and its big sister, the 125. Designed for young riders ready to make the leap, this bike combines the intuitiveness and lightness of the 80cc engine with the dimensions of a larger bike. It is the ideal tool for refining technique and starting to compete at a high level. Taller, more stable and more powerful. The EVO 80 Senior is the natural choice for young riders who have moved beyond the learning stage and are looking for a bike that can support their competitive growth. The 21‘ and 18’ wheels and the frame derived from larger displacement models allow them to set their trajectories and overcome obstacles with the precision of a true professional. The proven 79.6 cc 2-stroke engine, in this Senior version, has been tuned to offer more brilliant performance than the Junior. It maintains excellent progression at low revs but guarantees the necessary acceleration to tackle the most challenging obstacles in the race. This is where the real difference lies. The Senior features a 38 mm hydraulic fork and standard competition-size wheels: 21″ at the front and 18″ at the rear. This configuration offers the stability and feel of a race bike. To adapt to different riding styles and terrains, the Senior’s suspension offers greater adjustment possibilities. The monoshock, in particular, is equipped with a spring preload adjuster and a hydraulic rebound damper. |

Suspension: The EVO MY 2025 fork features a new look with Ø39 mm tubes, 1 mm larger than the previous model. Produced by Ollé, the new fork provides an increase in the torsional rigidity at the front wheel, improving the precision and ease of the bike's ride. Its operation is asymmetrical, with the right stanchion containing the fork spring which allows the fork to react quicker over the rocks and other section hazards. The spring preload can be adjusted as well to suit the rider’s needs. The other fork leg contains an all-new inner cartridge that is 2mm larger than the previous model. This new system can be adjusted as well to control the oil flow through the valving. The combination allows riders to fine-tune their front fork depending on conditions. The adoption of all the most recent new additions to the preceding Model Years are also confirmed. •
Electronic key: The key is composed of two parts: one part remains fastened to the bike's handlebars, while the other is magnetic (worn by the rider with a cord around their wrist), activating a mechanism in the event they are disconnected, functioning as a “Kill-Switch”. |
| • Crankshaft and piston rod with reduced interaxle spacing for more rounded delivery and improved vehicle dynamics. • Cylinder and head: overhauled timing and combustion chamber, providing improved torque at low rpms, while retaining engine performance at higher speeds. • Engine map: optimised in order to set up the components in the best possible way and exploit the engine's power and docility. • Exhaust manifold: a manifold protection has been installed to avoid any overheating and to protect the manifold from impacts. As well as being functional, this rounds out the bike's overall look (also on 125 two-stroke). |
